Each writing entry must have a permission form with a student and a parent signature and be legibly and fully completed.

Each year a student designs the cover art for our local and state books.  Follow the art guidelines and read over the Cover Art Principles and Elements of Design. Each design needs an art entry form and must contain both student and parent signature The form must be legible and fully completed.
