MEMBER BENEFITS

Members can earn up to 2 CEUs at no additional charge as follows:

• 1. ​One CEU for attending 6 of 8 meetings

  2. One CEU for participating in Teachers as Readers book discussions before meetings

• Raleigh-Wake membership dues include membership in the North Carolina Reading Association

• Members receive a discounted rate and get 1 CEU for attending the annual NCRA Conference, which features nationally-known authors and presenters, exhibits, institutes, and workshops

• Raleigh-Wake Reading Association offers opportunities for members to promote literacy locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally.

• Members working toward advanced literacy-related degrees are eligible to apply for NCRA scholarships

• At monthly meetings and Saturday workshops, members meet and share information with others interested in promoting literacy
